Description: Technical skills:Hands-on experience in working on projects involving Aero Structures wings & Aero Systems Thorough knowledge of industry-specific certifications, safety standards and practices Working experience of fatigue and damage tolerance methodologies
Job/Project Description:F & DT of primary & secondary structure of commercial & military aircraft.Experience of F & DT policies, procedures and application methods.Experience of damage tolerance philosophy.Experience on Fatigue initiation, propagation techniques and interpretation of results.To work in tandem with the designer / manufacturer and come up with the final design and inspection interval that meets the requirements. To interact with customer to understand the requirements.
Required Skills:Good Exposure to F & DT Methodologies.Good experience in SOM / Hand Calculations.Experience in FEA & Stress tools – NASTRAN, PATRAN, MathCAD,Hands-on experience in F & DT tools – Damtol, ISAMI, Safe, and Nasgrow.Excellent communication skills and customer interaction skills. Good Verbal and written English skills, customer interaction skills is essential. Motivated and willingness to learn.Good attention to detail.
Desired Skills:Analysis using Damtol / ISAMI / SAFE / NASGROW
Desired Education:Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering / Aero Engineering.
Desired Industry Experience:5+ years of F & DT – Total Experience 2+ years of FEA & Stress – Aero Domain
